Sessions · ages 4+

What happens in a session?

Every session follows the same structure, from warm-up to cool-down, so children know what to expect and feel comfortable taking part.

The activities change every week, keeping sessions fun, engaging and challenging while helping children develop new skills.

Consistency creates confidence. A predictable routine can help children feel settled, focused and ready to learn, including those who may feel anxious, energetic or easily overwhelmed.

Group or one-to-one

Group sessions

Small groups put together by age. Your child trains alongside others at a similar stage, which is where the friendships and the friendly competition come from.

  • One hour, five blocks
  • Children grouped by age, from 4+
  • Outdoor grass setup and indoor facilities, with full equipment
  • Weekend times

One-to-one

Just your child and me. For a child building confidence, working towards a sport, or who simply does better without a crowd watching.

  • Fully personalised to your child
  • Pace and intensity set by them
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Ideal alongside group sessions

When & where

Sessions run at weekends, outdoors on grass with a full activity setup. When the weather does not allow it, especially in winter, we move to indoor facilities with the same equipment, and parents are always told in advance. Exact times are confirmed when you enquire, so groups stay small and age-matched.

What to bring

  • Comfortable sportswear
  • Trainers with grip
  • A full water bottle
  • A light layer for cooler days
