Why choose Vitaliftness?
Because every child deserves the chance to move, explore, challenge themselves and discover what they are capable of.
Every child is welcome
Whatever your child's health, they have a place in a session. Tell me what I need to know and I plan around it, without ever singling a child out.
Qualified and always learning
Paediatric First Aid, a degree in Child Development and childcare qualifications, plus training in autism and dyslexia awareness and children's mental health.
Play first, progress always
Children learn movement when it feels like a game. The drills are real, the coaching is real, and it never stops being fun.
Your child's first session starts here.
Tell me your child's age, and I'll help you find the right group or arrange a one-to-one session at a time that suits you.

Sport has shaped me since I was 13
From volleyball and handball, with SESI and Goodyear Pneus Club, to climbing real mountains, riding London to Brighton and L’Étape, running, and years of strength training. Every stage taught me something different about movement, resilience and confidence.
Vitaliftness brings all of it together, so children can feel that same sense of discovery about what their bodies can do.
- Volleyball
- Handball
- Climbing
- Cycling
- Running
- Strength
Training children to be the best version of themselves.
Two ways to train

Book your child’s first session
Tell me your child’s age and what you are hoping they get out of it. I will come back to you with times and availability.
Parents often ask
Anything not covered here? Send me a message and I will answer properly, not with a template.
Still not sure it’s right for your child?
Tell me about them and I will say honestly whether a session would suit them. No pressure either way.
Ask me firstChildren aged 4 and over. Groups are put together by age so the games and the coaching match where each child is.
Let’s get them moving
A stronger tomorrow starts with movement today.
